Learning: "The purpose of learning is growth, and our minds, unlike our bodies, can continue growing as long as we live."--Mortimer Adler.
Learning is a journey, and it is our mission to leverage the right learning tools for you. Today, we offer three types of learning phases:
1) In-Class Learning
2) Shop Floor Learning
3) Train-the-Trainer

In-Class Learning: "You cannot open a book without learning something."--Confucius.
We provide a safe environment (in a classroom setting) to allow students to maximize their learning. We provide actual case studies to show students. We also provide problem solving examples for group exercises.

Shop Floor Learning: "I see, and I forget. I learn, and I remember. I do, and I understand."--Confucius.
Learn, See and Do can accelerate an Organizational Learning and Maturity. We offer Lean, Special Process and Quality Improvement shop floor exercise courses for students to accelerate their learning.

Train-the-Trainer: "By learning you will teach, by teaching you will learn."--Latin Proverb.
Leaders teaching Leaders, and this is where we create a Self-Sustain Organization. From the top of an organization to the bottom, all employees must transform.

Learn the tools and skills needed to implement the APQP process, develop Control Plans efficiently and effectively. Using simulations, team work, brain-storming, to develop acustomer requirement and take it from prototype to a functionally acceptable series-production part. Trainees’ capability is enhanced asteams develop flow charts, process instruction and control plans for the product.
